Confidentiality

We as Rekor shareholders, directors and employees; care about the protection of the secret and/or private information of our employees, customers and other related companies/individuals that we cooperate with and use these information only for the determined authorization and purposes.

Legal Responsibilities

Providing our financial and commercial records to be always complete and understandable is our main principle and we carry out all of our facilities while producing, selling in Turkey and abroad, within the Turkish laws, regulations, İnternational standards. During all our activities, we are in the same distance to all political parties, government institutions, public institutions without taking any advantage and with this sense of responsibility we fulfill our obligation.

Responsibilities to Employees

All employees in Rekor work with their free willpower. We are equal to our employees within the ethical rules and respect their personal rights and freedom.
We provide the personal rights of our employees to be used properly and exactly. Rekor behaves according to the rules of Turkish Republic about employing children and young workers, never tolerates and supports any other opposite behavior. We approach honestly and fairly to our employees and commit to provide a non-discriminative, reliable working environment.

Responsibilities To Customers

We work with a customer satisfaction based, proactive mentality to fulfill their demands and needs properly and in the shortest time. We approach to our customers with respect, honor, justice and equality.

Responsibilities To Suppliers / Work Partners

We treat to all our suppliers and work partners with respect and fair and care being on time for our obligations. We perform our educational/ audit activities with a progressive manner.

Responsibilities To Competitors

We only compete in legal fields in an ethic way and keep away from unfair competition. We contribute to all facilities in order to provide a competitive circumstance within an ethic structure

Corruption and Bribe

The employees of Rekor stay away from receiving or asking any presents for themselves or for others, any favor, help or savings from the third parties Rekor is in a business relation with, that might lead to influence their fairness, decisions or behaviors. Same sensitivity is expected from the third parties as their decisions, fairness and behaviors might be influenced too.

Discrimination

Rekor offers equal work opportunities, regardless of age, race, belief, color, sex, language, marital status, sexual preference, seniority, political view, military status, real or detected disability, religion or legally protected any other attribute, does not let any opposite behavior.
