Raw Material Warehouse
Our raw materials are stored in our large stock areas to be used in compounding process.
Banbury / Mixer
In this section, products are mixed to provide chemical properties of the products according to the characteristics of orders and customer requests.
Calender / Extruder
Rubber in banbury is prepared according to the demands of the customers like rubber coating or technical use. After that it is resized with calender or extruder.
Technical Rubber Compounding
Technical rubber products are resized to use in different industries.
Cold – Hot Retreading

Hot retreading materials; are optimized chemically and physically. Then products are sent to the hot retreading material using retreaders.

Cold retreading materials; are optimized chemically and physically. Then products are pressed with tyre patterns. After that, cold precures are sent to the cold retreading material using retreaders.

Finished Product Warehouse
The finished products are stored to be shipped to dealers and customers.
